libgsl0-dbg software package provides GNU Scientific Library (GSL) -- debug symbols package, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgsl0-dbg
libgsl0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgsl0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgsl0-dbg *
You will get with libgsl0-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
